I was unfortunately arrested for driving under the influence in the summer of 2024. This was my first offense, and I had never been arrested or even received a traffic ticket before. I was scared and didn’t know where to turn. I came across Dohman Law and spoke with Cary Dohman. He did not judge me but was very understanding, kind, informative, and patient. He walked me through every step of the process. I never had to chase him down for updates, and when I did contact him, he always returned my calls and emails the same day. I only had to appear in front of the judge once, and that was for the sentencing stage.

I can’t express how fortunate I am to have found someone who fought for me. After nine months of worrying, Cary was able to convince the prosecutor not to place the DUI on my record. There was no jail time, and my license was not taken away. I only had to pay court fees and participate in an evaluation, risk classes, and the MADD victim impact panel (which was eye opening).
