I do not recommend DK Law Group/Diana Khan. I paid $300 for a consultation, but she did not keep the appointment. She made another one and missed that one as well. This happened again, so I called the office manager Nancy. She said that Diana was very busy in and out of court. She talked with Diana about my case, and then I had to have a $300 legal consultation with the office manager! Do not sign any agreements with DK Law Group without carefully reading through everything that is written in the retainer, which states that their flat rate for a demand letter is $1,200 PLUS client agrees to pay any state/filing fees and/or costs that may come from a third party outside of the law firm. There were many grammatical errors in the demand letter that I corrected and brought to Diana's attention. If I am paying over a thousand dollars for a letter, then I expect it to be clear and correct. Lastly, ten months later, I received a bill from DK Law group demanding that I pay for the postage!
