Once we paid a 5k retainer, the communication was sparse, and three scheduled missed phone calls in a row. When told when we would receive documents, it’d be weeks after estimated date. I understand Ms. Khan being busy, however it seems disrespectful to a clients time to miss three calls in a row; without courtesy of having someone reach out to reschedule.

Once we moved to alternative counsel, we realized to the extent our contracts were not thoroughly reviewed, and would have been in a very bad position would we have sent out the demand letter that she drafted.

She was very kind to work with; however I feel like once we paid, there was no effort to handle the case in detail or timely. Perhaps taking on more work than what can be handled.
