Service or first was great as my case went on my case changed multiple hands. Ended up being frustrating.

Garrett is very knowledgeable, but be prepared to take notes and listen closely. He provides a great deal of information and moves quickly when explaining your options or answering your questions. He also has a large client base, so clear and timely communication is important. When you have the opportunity to ask questions, make sure to take full advantage of it.
