Ok, real update from my last post… this has been hands down one of the most frustrating and exhausting experiences I’ve ever dealt with involving a law firm.

Getting a response from them feels nearly impossible. I’ve called, emailed, and followed up more times than I can count, and still end up waiting months just to hear anything back if I hear back at all. For something as serious as my son’s trust and his well-being, that’s beyond unacceptable.

I’ve submitted multiple detailed requests over time for things my disabled son genuinely needs basic items to improve his safety and quality of life. I’ve done my part, provided documentation, followed their process… and still, most of it has gone nowhere with little to no communication or clarity.

At this point, it feels like I’m being ignored rather than helped. There’s been a clear lack of urgency and follow-through, and it’s hard to understand why.

To be fair, one request was approved by mom Meanwhile, the requests I’ve personally made as his father continue to sit unresolved, and that’s been incredibly frustrating.

Based on my experience, I would seriously think twice before choosing this firm. I haven’t seen the level of communication, support, or responsiveness or respect that you would expect in a situation this important.

And I’ll be honest as a person of color, this experience hasn’t felt right. I don’t feel like my concerns have been taken as seriously as they should be, and that’s something I can’t ignore.

Excellent community presentations, very knowledgeable, & really care about people!

Great information given at the Medicaid University webinar. A lot of information was given. Information was pertinent and relevant.
