He did not tell me that there is $ 400 consultation fees. Do not retain him , he had no idea the relocation fees are not necessary if you are selling the house. Run and stay away from that attorney.

I only choose a star because you have to in order to submit a review but they dont deserve even that. The attorney and his office dragged me for weeks and weeks waiting on a response, I sent all related documents and after many texts, calls emails they promised me a follow up. They only dragged me to the end of my deadline to file a lawsuit only to tell me they were too busy and recommended I contacted someone else with a week left to file a claim. I learned in law school that attorneys will not consider someone's case unless there's millions to collect but most attorneys will tell you upfront if you have a case or if they can help you or not. Not these idiots.

WOW, This firm is very unprofessional. I set up a zoom meet consultation and I paid the fee. Then on the day of the meet the lawyer did not show for the zoom meeting. So I called to see what the problem was and they said they were having problems with the internet and the lawyer was not available. I said ok just cancel my meeting and refund my money. Then they hung up on me. Then I called back and she blamed it on their phone system. I said ok, just process my refund. Then she said that she would talk to Mr. Dujulio about it. I asked why do you need to talk about it with Mr. Dujulio. I did not get my consultation, I did not get what I paid for so just process my refund. Then she hung up on me again. So now I have to dispute the charge with my credit card company. You would think an expensive law firm would be more professional than this, but no.

David DiJulio and his staff have been a pleasure to work with! David’s advice and guidance on our easement case has been invaluable. Armine always takes the time to answer our questions and Barbara in the front office is extremely helpful. We met with a few other companies before choosing DiJulio law group and I’m so glad we chose David! He really listens, and the staff make you feel like a priority. We highly recommend this firm.

We had a very very bad experience with this Law group. I will update this review as soon as I receive the bill from them. Today 03-07-2022 I am updating this review. Attached below is the email sent by Dijulio. Dijulio, for your information I am telling the truth, "that is not libel". I can't believe that you will take advantage of people like me. Instead of helping us, you took our money and then try to scare us so that we will not tell the truth about your Law Office. Armina, the lawyer in your office told us that she can help us evict our tenant. Armina said that she will email us a notice to put on the tenant's door. The notice was supposedly to inspect the tenant's room. When the tenant refused to open her room for inspection, we called Armina and asked her what to do next. She told me to file a TRO against the tenant so that I don't have to pay. Then she refused to answer my calls and never call us back again. Instead, Dijulio himself called me and said that because of covid they can not help me. Now you tell me who is telling the truth. We will file a formal complaint to the State Bar of California about you. Shame on you. Below is Dijulio's email: He is now making up a story about person of color etc. He also mentioned about relocation fee. Armina nor Dijulio never discussed any relocation fee with us. We paid $250 for consultation fee with Armina then we paid $1500 retainer fee. Once we gave them the money, then they told us that because of covid they can not do anything to help us.
