				Not only did Diemer and Wei help me with my Bankruptcy case in 2012. I recently encountered some issues while purchasing a home. The issues were in regards to a property that was surrendered and included in the bankruptcy. 				Julia Wei was recommended by a trusted friend to help me review contracts for the acquisition of a condo in a new building in SF.  I am also a lawyer but as they say, a lawyer representing himself has a fool for a client.  Julia returned my inquiry the same day and organized a telephone consultation within that week.  She offerred good introductory advice before requiring an engagement or discussing fees.  Her engagement letter was clear about scope and fees.  There were significantly more documents in my seller required closing package than any closing I had ever experienced, but Julia easily put the various documents in context for me so we could focus attention on those that count.  Despite her reviewing all those documents her billed hours were very reasonable.  The closing occured without a hitch.  It was a pleasure working with Julia.  She has already helped me  source legal counsel for other projects with different issues.  I would highly recommend her to anyone.
