I would not recommend Mr Leightner. Why you ask; his legal assistant lacks communication, accountability and does not return calls in a timely matter. They seem to lack communication with each other. Everything was done last minute causing me extra money and time. Worst 1st lawyer experience. He did get the job but it was a lot of unnecessary stress and frustration that came with it.

WORST.LAWYER.EVER.
did NOT do what he was paid to do. Did not do what he was asked to do on my behalf.
Did not communicate at all. had no strategy and was COMPLETELY unorganized.
RUN AWAY.
my new lawyer IMMEDIATELY got me the court date i had been requesting from Leightner for 7 months.
new lawyer got it booked in 2 weeks.
oh yeah, and after i fired him for being unorganized and not doing his job, he sent me a final bill for services he absolutely did not complete and managed to throw me an insult in the details.
Please retire sir.
