In my experience, Stephen Wagner was controlling, arrogant, dismissive, and completely lacking in empathy during one of the hardest periods of my life. He had a short temper, screamed at me, talked down to me, and acted as though only his opinion mattered. His billing became excessive, with unnecessary work and little cost control. Despite the substantial fees, I received no meaningful results and eventually had to replace him. The best decision I made during the entire case was firing him. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend Stephen Wagner.
