DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS FIRM. They are incredibly unprofessional and unresponsive. The main attorney, David Derubertis, put me through hell just to have an evaluation requiring a meeting at 7am. Furthermore, he promised a response in five days and still has not responded two and a half weeks later despite numerous follow ups. I repeat, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS FIRM. This is the type of conduct that gives the legal profession a terrible name. Your case is never going to get its due.
