Attorney Denzil Forrester was my attorney the bank BB&T had discriminated against me. I was the only black woman senior citizen 65 years old by myself only black in the bank the white lady in front of me the teller she did not read her money aloud but when she got to me, she read the amount of my check out loud so everyone in the bank lobby heard her. I asked her why she did that to me. She put a finger to her lip and told me to be quiet, but I told her I didn’t appreciate that she put my life in danger I asked her to count my money by hand to me, she refused told me to go in the small room to her right and count it myself. I went in there and counted it. I was $100 short I came out. I told her it was $100 short asked for the counting again and she did not want to hand count it to me, so I went back in the room counting again. I still was $100 short so I have been in the bank for 30 minutes because the man was looking at me. He was standing next to me in front of the white man taking care of him, but after she read the amount of my check OUT LOUD , he starts staring at me so I stay at the bank 30 minutes because I was afraid he was waiting outside for me. I left the bank finally. I got me an attorney Mr Denzil Forrester. I asked him to file a discrimination and to pull the video but he did not. He never mentioned Discrimination or asked for the video that was in the bank. He only sent a letter asked for the hundred dollars and they quickly sent it so he did not fight for me or do as I asked him to do he was a very poor extremely poor Attorney he refused to do as I asked him. He charged me $300 and his service was poor. He seen to allegedly to take the side of the bank so I give him a one star, very poor service to me. Please do not go to him. I do not recommend him at all. He was not interested in my case only wrote the letter for the money. I have sent a letter asking him to file discrimination. He refused. I AM NOT accusing him of anything or saying anything about his reputation just he did Not help me with my case there was more but to much to text so he wasted my time IF he had fought for me I would have gave him a five star otherwise a 1 star. IF he called me and did the discrimination I would take him back but he never did so I’m looking for a strong attorney who is not a coward NOT saying he was and hopefully i will find a good attorney I’m still looking .
