Very thorough, easy, friendly, and flexible process - we had been putting off our estate needs for some time and glad we finally got it done but also glad to have been referred to DenHerder & Assoc who were perfect for our family needs — definitely would recommend!!

We were referred to DenHerder through our financial advisor. Shima was absolutely amazing and Tiffany was so kind and very quick to respond. The whole process was extremely easy, they made us feel like no question was silly or stupid, and even though we had our family trust completed in 3 sessions, it was so thorough and every detail was addressed. I love that Shima reviewed details that we had modified from our previous visits and asked if we were still comfortable with our decisions. I felt like our personal needs, wants, and all ‘what if’s’ were handled with the utmost care and that’s really what you need when putting together such a personal legal document. They gave us a schedule of what we need to complete to ensure we have all our ducks in a row and the binder with all of our documents was so thoughtfully curated. After further review we found the trust provided by DenHerder was missing 2 amendments by another attorney which the amendments removed the trustee and disinherited same due to the handling of a probate 5 years earlier. Make sure to get all Probate attorney records and phone and email communication with siblings, real estate agent and escrow for accuracy. We experienced so much confusion with DenHerder & Grier during my mothers Probate process 5 years ago that just getting sellers and executors name correct that one seller was left with assuming the the other seller/executor was receiving home sale estate proceeds personally and retaliated in his own trust we just discovered. Get clear escrow documents and email communication with probate attorney and review it for accuracy before presented to all sellers. DenHerder & Grier has yet to present documents requested and past email communication during the Probate to determine what was presented 5 years ago since there were so much confusion and so many corrections.
Currently DenHerder & Grier state it is a conflict of interest for them to assist me at this point and would not refer a Trust litigation attorney. Beware, your probate attorney may throw you under the bus with your family.
