1 Star Review for Erin McGahey I am deeply astonished and profoundly disappointed by my experience with Erin McGahey. It's my understanding that she has allegedly been using her authority as an attorney in ways that obstruct the legal process. Shockingly, she is said to have sent a cease and desist letter to a process server, instilling fear and preventing them from serving documents to her client. Furthermore, while suggesting that documents be served at her office, it appears that no one is actually present there, and the office operates remotely. This approach, which I perceive as tortious and manipulative, undermines the integrity of the legal process. Such conduct is, in my opinion, completely unacceptable, unethical, and unbefitting of a legal professional. I am left with no choice but to consider pursuing legal redress against this firm for what I believe to be deceitful and unethical handling of legal matters in our case. It is disheartening and troubling to witness such practices, and I hope that my experience serves as a caution to others seeking legal services. No more lies, just accountability and ethical conduct should be the norm.
