I rarely give reviews. And particularly only when they were well deserved, hence the five star rating. The tandem of Kosta and Michael of the Demiris Law Firm worked beautifully together like a symphony of heavy metal music on a recent case we entrusted them with. The case was very emotional for us, as it was related to family members that we cared a great deal about. These two took the time to understand our concerns about what was being done on the other end and fought tooth and nail for us along the way towards what was a reasonable settlement on our behalf. If you are looking for silver tongued, meek, smooth talking attorneys in $3000 designer suits who will tell you what you wanna hear...these are not the guys for you!
They will be brutally honest. They will tell you the positives and negatives about your case, talk openly about potential success, be straightforward and genuinely concerned with your particular situation. Most importantly, they will work on your behalf like a hungry pit bull does on a t-bone steak to get you what you deserve. Give them a call!

Highly recommend Kosta and his team. He was recommended by a friend and another lawyer. From first contact I felt more at ease knowing he would be on my side. I could tell he was the fighter I needed. I was taken out of my Grandparents trust by my malicious Aunt. Kosta explained all my options and was not pushy about which one I ultimately decided would be best for me. I opted for possible mediation that could lead to a court case. To my huge relief Kosta’s savvy arguments and determination was able to help me get my fair share of the trust. Kosta responded very quickly to my emails and calls. He was always patient with me. I’m very happy with the outcome.

My brother hired Kosta Demiris. Sadly two days into trial he bailed after my brother took out 2 or 3 loans on his house, his girlfriend took an advance in alimony pmts and took from her Ira and it still wasn't enough. He was hounded for more money seemed like daily.

My sister if u can call her that, more like the devil, got to keep everything she had stolen, ruined relationships, responsible for infecting my mother with covid, abandoning my father after electronically transferring money she should not have done and after purchasing a 970k condo she abandoned him and flew back to New York to enjoy her rewards she worked diligently to get.

I dont think he did enough in the beginning to stop her from being able to use trust funds for her defence and to burificate the case was a huge loss.

To get to a point where u can finally get justice at ur fingertips to have it all thrown away is mind blowing.

Kosta kept telling him u need this much more money and some how he would find it only to be told its 10k a day for trial and then if u win this part then u need to prove undue influence and it would be god only knows how much more.

In the end my brother got squashed and so did I. I told my brother to get rid of the arraogant jerk but he didnt listen.

They accomplished absolutly nothing. My brother is selling his house on 41 acres and has bought a fifth wheel to live in.

Way to go!
