If I could give zero stars, I would. The communication with their collector, Amy Wolf, is not only unprofessional but her respect towards humans is almost non-existent. We have explained many times that we are struggling financially and cannot make any payment right now and she refuses to make any sort of REASONABLE payment arrangements. The responses we have got back from her via email have been nothing but rude and condescending.

I understand she's trying to do her job but there's a different way that she could approach the situation instead of being a complete and total jerk!
