If you want true representation, go somewhere else. I was squashed by local government and bad neighbors who were “chummy” with local officials. Dearing and Hartzog failed to even get in touch with the city code enforcement agent, and basically just told me that my neighbor (with whom I had the dispute), pulls more water in the town. Well, that is why I hired an attorney in the first place!!! I was attempting to get fair treatment with a corrupt city government and a neighbor who has them in her pocket! I got nowhere with these amateurs and Im out $1500 for three half-page mail correspondences and a zero explanation for why the city wont enforce its own code!
