I had a prolonged(ish) and ever-changing nasty legal situation involving breach of contract and real estate issues. Dean was understanding, professional, and more than willing to explain some of the legal terminology and concepts when I didn't understand it.

He took my calls even when I was panicking and upset and did his best to calm me down.

He also listened to my own ideas on how to handle the situation and worked in anything he thought was a good idea, and if not, explained why we shouldn't go that way. I ended up with a great result in my case and would definitely hire him again!
