DO NOT WORK WITH THESE PEOPLE. They take your money and do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. THEY ARE JUST AS BAD AND PREDATORY AS THE TIMESHARES They say “time is up with working with us and you need to pay more” while not doing anything but receive correspondence from the time share so you don’t get the info but but beyond that nothing occurred. This so called “law firm” is the biggest scam. They take your money and run and then ask for more money with no tangible results. They won’t even send you any paperwork or info if they actually did anything at all. GO WITH A DIFFERENT LEGAL TEAM. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE

Been trying to talk to them for four months to get my case moving. Now that they have their fee, they never return a phone call. Stay away from the Newton Group and their law firm. They are scamming people out of thousands of dollars by making phone appointments they never keep and you never get to talk to a person, just leave voicemail and then they never call back. My representative at the Newton Group who sold me this timeshare exit plan with the Newton Group and their law firm, DC Capital, basically lied to me. That, in and of itself, is elder abuse. His name is Karl Vogel. Do not do business with him, the Newton Group, or DC Capital unless you want to pay thousands and be ignored.
