Mr. Days represented me in two simultaneously criminal indictments, one from the federal government and another from the state of California, both very complicated criminal cases. The state case charged me with misuse of public funds, embezzlement and illegal toxic waste disposal. The federal case was for the theft of 25 million dollars' worth of federal property and federal income tax evasion.
