Ken, Cheryl and their team do a great job every time I have a closing with them. They were accurate, prepared, on-time, had very good pricing and low fees. Some attorneys or closing agents really add on extra closing fees but Dawson Title doesn’t. I appreciate getting exceptional service without being overcharged for my closing costs and title insurance. I’ve had many closings with them-both with my mortgage company and for my own closings-always been impressed. Highly recommend!
