Customer service was really bad here. When I first called looking to speak to a lawyer I had made an appointment for a consultation. A week later I spoke to the receptionist, and she gave me the run around. I didn't even get a chance to talk to lawyer because I first had to fill out a form that I never got. So, in order to reschedule my consultation, I had to fill out a form and rescheduled again. I waited all week to speak to a lawyer and didn't even get to speak to one. That receptionist waisted my time when I could of look to talk to another lawyer.
