Our trust was reveiwed by Stephen Haynes. He was referred by our CPA who has served our company for many, many years. About a year after our prior legal advisor prepared our trust, he passed away and we searched for a lawyer who could handle our trust, elder affairs, beneficiaries (5 children and 5 grandchildren) and after speaking with several well known Hampton Roads, we selected Stephen Haynes. They were unable to help with the guardianship of our disabled child rather, billed us just to speak amongst each other to figure out how to proceed.
