Mr. Davis was very friendly, understanding and helpful. He explained the process and answered all of my questions (without making any predictions) during my consultation. He followed up on my consultation with an email inquiring whether I had any additional questions. It turned out that my wife and I were able to agree on an equitable split of our assets. So no mediation or trial would be necessary. He did a quick review of the final agreement paperwork that my wife’s attorney had written up (and I had already reviewed), and informed me that I did not need to hire him. Once filed, the process would be simple and will not require any additional legal representation on either side. Lastly, his prices are reasonable.
