we contacted the attorney about a consumer law issue (he is listed in my legal plan as a Plaintiff's lawyer for disputes about goods or products bought and sold or services rendered). He called back and quite brusquely told us that he wasn't the right lawyer for our problem and disconnected without further explanation.
