I hired this attorney after providing full context and documents up front, expecting strategic advocacy. Instead, the focus throughout was on why we shouldn’t pursue our case, with consistent discouragement and repeated requests for more money. What started as a $1,500 retainer turned into $2,500 and then another $2,000 for a demand letter. Rather than helping us fight for what we were told was owed, the tone was always to accept the minimum. We feel taken advantage of again. We will be seeking different counsel.
