I highly recommend Mr. Pickering, especially to fellow service members who are currently in or from Tarrant County. Mr. Pickering and his staff were professional, confident and calm in every situation. It was great to get the reassurance I needed when I inquired about my divorce, and amazing seeing Mr. Pickering work towards the goal of doing what was right. Use any attorney but David. There are so many things done wrong in my case. He is not attentive at all. Due to an unforseen medical disability and my ability to pay in full he backed out weeks before my trial he was not happy with the payments I was making. I do understand he has staff and a family to feed, but he will tell you that he is an understanding "Christian." Also he will try to preach his beliefs and church stories this is fine but he is still billing you while you listen seems pretty crooked. Will also call you without even looking at any paperwork in front of him then put you on hold to get information, all this while still billing you for the time he didn't take to prepare before the call. Took him over a year to do something so small like reach out to the child support office. Spent over a year overpaying. I was called several times to tell me about my case but in reality it was the wrong person he was trying to reach. He and his staff are rude.Do not waste time or money on this guy. Google really needs to have a zero star rating.
