We had the worst experience with David Sasser attorney at law! They claimed to do real estate home closings and would be able to get it done in 3 weeks so We called and set up a closing. 3 weeks later not even a call back. So we call and they say David sasser is on vacation. Then we call a week later and they say there part time night time closer is sick and isn’t available. So after 6 weeks they finally start to actually work on it and call us and ask us questions that supposedly they had from the start. After they started and did the title search they were done in a week! I’ve done many closings on homes in Hernando County and Mr. Sassers office is a complete joke! He is like 80 years old and is just not capable of what he once was. Just trying to help anyone to not have to go through the horrible experience that we had. Mr sasser was rude and seems very disrespectful to paying customers. The lady that works part time doing the closing was nice and professional once she actually started on it.

Attorney Sasser and his staff are outstanding individuals to work with in handling estate issues. Recommend highly for legal representation.
