I appreciate Cynthia’s help filing my bankruptcy but I was very shocked at how I was treated as a young woman. Of course I was clueless about the process so I was referred by my grandmother who had a great experience with her. I feel that because Cynthia decided to take on another case outside of bankruptcy, she was overwhelmed and took her frustration out on me. I didn’t feel comfortable asking her questions anymore I just did what I was told and hoped that everything worked out. I was a little blind during this process because after she got short with me and threatened to terminate our contract and refund me over one misunderstanding .. I could never forget that and for that I am afraid to recommend anyone to her or afraid to return if ever needed. I am grateful again for the help but I really didn’t appreciate how you treated me after I trusted and paid you my money and you never checked up on me afterwards to guide me on what to do and what not to do upon filing Chapter 7 which also could’ve been explained during the filing. I’m still a bit clueless since things have been filed. I had to leave a honest review here because you need to know how you affect people. Thank you.
