This office and it's staff major issue that impacts any case is the communication and the overall process. They're outdated practices (Taped Envelopes, Lack of E-Documents) while this might seem minor, it points to a lack of adoption of modern and potentially more secure and efficient methods. Electronic signatures are increasingly common and legal for many types of documents, and their lack of use leads to unnecessary delays. The reliance on USPS exclusively can and does introduce delays, especially when documents need to be delivered to other states and countries. Claiming a year is a standard to settle a trust, while it's true that trust administration can take time, claiming a year is a broad statement that may or may not be accurate depending on the specifics of the trust and estate. Do your due dilengence before using this firm as they are antiquated.
