Negligence cost me years of my life
This man's negligence resulted in me being trapped in a cycle of abuse that led to CPTSD for 3 years after my divorce. I was so trusting at my most vulnerable state in my life, and believed ethics and professionalism would result in a fair outcome. My ex husband got away with extreme fraud after me begging this man for help for years. I wasn't even aware of the extreme coercive control and abuse I had been living in because after sharing story after story he didn't even have the desire to recognize what any competent attorney would and protect me. He is manipulative and dismisses anything significant that you tell him. The fact he believed his presence was worth $400 an hour is a stain on the industry. He over bills and knows it. He only cares about making money for himself while giving this "I trust my clients" line when saying why he works off retainer when in reality that's his way of getting desperate clients in the door. I have no memories of my son the last several years due to this man's negligence, and because the two year window closed to reopen divorce more easily I am fighting upstream. This man allowed my ex husband to force me to sell our home, while leaving the state and me trapped in a small apparent they my ex husband controls with zero protection for me to legally require him to cosign. my ex is allowed to stay with me anytime he wants legally. The emotional abuse only escalated after my divorce because no one stopped my ex. That was this man's job, to stop it! I will share my story publically and in hopes of creative system reform. This human being doesn't deserve to practice law. I am still in a cycle of abuse and trying to claw my way out. He didn't even address the fact I told him my ex ruined my credit when I traumatically lost my job and then allowed my ex to assault my character and get away with narcisstic abuse. And because no one told my ex he did anything wrong, he continues to believe his delusions. I even emailed Dan months after my divorce to tell him I had proof my ex husband lied about his income by 400 thousand dollars and he completely ignored me Because now I owed him even more money. I then was controlled by my ex husband and couldnt get help and was left with zero money or credit to help myself with a child and without a job all while my mom was now dying. The trauma of this sent me into such a detached state I was a shell of the person I was. It's taken me three years to start to come out of this and The abuse from me ex with no housing security for me and my son continues. I'm not letting this go!

This guy took advantage of me. He did not do what was in my and my children's best interest. He lied repeatedly to me and took my money until I had none left. He was awful. He did not care. Insanely insensitive and selfish.
