Unfortunately, I found myself needing a lawyer and I am so incredibly grateful that I found Daniel McKay & Associates! Not only is Mr. McKay and his staff absolutely very knowledgeable, but with all the twists and turns that ended up happening, Mr. McKay handled it all with unbridled precision and kept me calm throughout the whole ordeal! Without having Mr. McKay as my lawyer, I shudder to think what could or may have happened! I hope to never need a lawyer again, but if I do/did, I would definitely without a shadow of a doubt, be hiring Mr. McKay and his staff again! I sincerely thank all of them!

Throughout my custody case, things were consistently handled at the last minute, which created unnecessary stress during an already difficult time. I submitted a significant amount of evidence that I trusted would be presented to the court, and much of it was never filed or used.
Given that I am the “mother and had a strong case” I expected a higher level of effort, preparation, and advocacy. Unfortunately, it often felt like minimal work was being done on my case, while attention was divided elsewhere. (Logging in online, to other cases during my prep time before a court appearance for my case) He also used his assistant, whom I also felt dropped the ball in regard to the evidence I submitted.
This was an important matter that deserved diligence and follow-through. Based on my experience, I would not recommend his services.

Absolute worst law firm I’ve ever dealt with. Don’t do it to yourself you will find better. Completely waisted my time and got charged 150 consultation and $500 toward there hourly rate to do absolutely nothing. We hired them to take care of a construction dispute. They completely waisted our time.

year ago, I hired DWM's services. At first, they told me they spoke my language—but that only lasted for the first day, right up until I signed with them. I paid in cash and in advance. After a year, I fired them because they never sent me a report, never appeared in court, never made a phone call, and never provided a single update regarding my case. I FIRED THEM. Their money and their service are GARBAGE.
