RUDE answer to a simple question.

so my father had called over telephone today because he has a serious situation that potentially requires a translator or someone that speaks Spanish to translate some terms in it(his english is decent but not very well) almost IMMEDIATELY the caller, whoever it was, bluntly and in a rude answer," DON'T SPEAK IT", hung up right after without even giving him a chance to speak. this is San Diego, one of the most diverse cities. the guy could not even bother to at-least not rudely explain he couldn't help him with his problem because he doesn't speak his language. a "I'm sorry sir I cannot help you with that" would have sufficed. if you're a Person Of Color, or have another language but have issues speaking english, NOT recommended because of how it went for him here.
