I was referred by my defense attorney to contact Adam Levine regarding work-related legal issues. When I reached out, the associate who gathered my information was rude, dismissive, and treated me as though I had done something wrong. The tone was unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable from the start.

I had taken the time to organize my documents and concerns in advance, but was told, “I don’t need a list,” and many of my questions and explanations were brushed aside. Very little was asked about my situation, and much of what I shared did not seem to be properly documented.

After the call, I was concerned that my information had been recorded inaccurately and without care. My wife was present during the call and was equally surprised by how I was spoken to.

First impressions matter when choosing legal representation, and this experience did not make me feel respected or confident in moving forward. While I believe another staff member may have handled this more professionally, this interaction left a negative impression.
