I do NOT believe this man acts on the clients best interest! My son is presently in the revolving door of the Butler County court system. It all stems from one charge 2 years ago and is unable to pay the fine of $590. Since the original charge, he has been jailed 5 times and has served over 20 days. According to ORC 2947.14 an ability to pay hearing was supposed to take place and a credit of $50 per day incarcerated is to be applied to the fine and Dan Hurr FAILED to address this to the court. These aren't items on the shelf, these are people who's lives are RUINED due to POOR council.

Poor representation, lacking a clear and prompt resolution of assigned case. Arrogant response is questions asked, failure to return phone calls in timely manner.
