Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had dealing with a law office. They dragged my settlement out for months and months with excuse after excuse and barely communicated with me the entire time signed the settlement agreement papers for my settlement in February and didn’t receive me and my children’s settlement until the Second week of May. when I was told it would take up to four weeks, but it took up to four months. My calls and text messages were constantly ignored, and I was always the one chasing them down for answers about MY own case.The lack of professionalism, communication, and urgency was ridiculous. Nobody should have to beg their lawyer for updates or be left completely in the dark for months. They made an already stressful situation even worse. Michael kambour Is very rude and yelled at me like I was a two year-old child constantly ignored all my text. I had to leave him text over and over to the point where I had to start leaving emails and that’s when he decided he wanted to communicate.
If you're looking for a law office that actually keeps you informed, respects your time, and handles cases properly, I strongly suggest going somewhere else. I wish I was never referred to this law office. I will never go here again.!!
