My husband and I needed to create a family trust. Being our first time in this process, I was expecting to not only get a document handed to me but to really understand the documents that were prepared. I was very disappointed trough the process because despite multiple attempts to get guidance and telling the lawyer that this was our first time and that I had many questions, he did not bother to explain anything and he vaguely answered my questions. Funding a trust is crucial and only because I knew I needed to understand this, he bothered to answer only the questions I had but again, NO EXPLANATION or guidance. Very poor service and a big disappointment!
