You cant even imagine a worse lawyer to have. This man will do absolutely 0 work to help you and then will force you to hire his friends on to help that will also do 0 work. He will roll over and do exactly what the District Attorney or opposing council wants. His only goal is to take your money. Do not hire this man and if he is appointed to you as in house defense attorney ask for a new one. WORST LAWYER EVER

I’ve called left messages and even went to his office numerous times spoke to Lupe and she took the messages and still no call it’s been about the same time from 2022 till now. it’s very frustrating when you go to court and you have no idea what’s going on ..😠 …

Over the past several years, since 2022, I’ve left several messages with my information and my husbands name and case information, hoping for a call back since my husband qualified for and is scheduled for resentencing. I have not been able to get anyone to call me back from this office nor the San Benito County Clerk. Nor has anyone reached to my husband or his prison to coordinate transport or virtual hearings. How can the public be fairly defended and represented if the public cannot reach their assigned attorney? Please help.
