First off, it's extremely sketchy that this office has multiple locations that each have their own reviews but only one phone number to contact across all of them.
Tried to set up a consultation twice. The first time was via their contact form and they never got back to me. I set up a phone call consultation which was supposed to be today at 2pm. They never called me, so I called them. I informed them I was relying on this call happening when they scheduled it, as I have other work meetings. I started the next sentence with "I'm a little concerned" which apparently triggered the woman on the phone enough to reply "WELL THEN YOU DON'T HAVE TO WORK WITH US" then hang up on me. I can't even get a chance to speak with literally anyone, and they treat you like trash. Avoid this place entirely.
