We primarily worked with Tim during our recent home purchase. The whole team that he had working with him was amazing, quick to respond, and very informative. Not only was the team great, but Tim made our closing stress free. He talked to us like we were people, he explained things to us before we could ask any questions. At the end of anything they always ask, “do you have any questions?” For the first time in a long time I was stumped. Everything question I had walking in to our closing was answered, every question I had during the closing was answered.

Three weeks later I reached out to Tim about a quick question I had about our escrow account and within minutes he had responded. Thinking that he was going to see my email the next business day was a mistake on my part. Tim answered a few emails back and forth all the way up to 11:48PM!!
