Do not recommend unless you want to be ignored for weeks on end when you give plenty of time and patience. I feel very disrespected as a client because I’m going through a rough time. I wouldn’t need a lawyer if I wasn’t. And I’ve been in the same spot for months because of their inability to get their stuff together

Very disappointed in this office’s professionalism when it comes to communication. I probably will have lost legal standing for a lawsuit at this point because of this office’s inability to commit to their promises. I can understand a lot of things. I’m a reasonable person. But this offices DOES NOT CALL YOU BACK unless you’re a paying client apparently. Please emphasize you want to sign some kind of contract so you have some priority in his roster to be acknowledged. We’ve been in contact with this office since 05/2026 and we still have gotten nothing done with our issue. We’ve been trespassed from our apartment complex for asking about illegal charges and Flajole had promised MULTIPLE times that he was going to write a letter at no charge to see where the complex was standing before proceeding further. We accepted the terms. We accepted it wasn’t going to be immediate because he was busy, but he would get it done. He advised he would write the letter in 05/2026 after a brief phone call and then wanted to meet in person. We have offered to sign a retainer for services to get things moving along. We have offered this multiple times because he offered to the letter complimentary to avoid possibly going to court. He told us not to worry, that he wants to help us but he has actually caused a lot of unnecessary stress on top of an already stressful situation. We met in person once to discuss the case in full and I brought my documentation with me to help him build my case. We made a follow up appointment for a few weeks after the fact. He had all the paperwork prior to this meeting. He did not review hardly any of it and we had to explain the whole situation again which was frustrating in itself as we were expecting a follow up to the letter being sent and where to go from there. He still did not write the letter until after multiple phone calls and finally got a letter to me for approval on 07/08/2025. 2 months after our initial consultation. If this was a standard case, we would have lost because of his inability to be professional regarding promised services. I sent a follow-up email on 07/13/2026, and I got no response. I went to the office to try and talk with him last week on 07/23/2026 to get any kind of follow up. He was not in his office, and we were told he would give us a call. NO RESPONSE. I called again today and got sent straight to voicemail and so we just called the other office to try and get some kind of response. I am so disappointed and frustrated because now I don’t know where to go from here since I’ve put so much time and trust into this man because of his reviews.
