Mr. Cumberland picked up the telephone the day after Christmas when all other local attorneys were still closed. His calm but confident demeanor put me at ease immediately. His partner Mr. Erly did an excellent job representing me and was forthright and direct In answering all my questions. His assistant Kathy also did a fantastic job communicating with me throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend this firm to anyone in need of legal assistance. Five stars!!!

While I'm sure the firm has great, experience attorneys, I was stuck with the new inexperienced attorney associate. She was overpriced, inexperienced, and told me she wasn't very interested in divorce court or the outcomes. It is frustrating to have to file a 'change of attorney' in the middle of a case after being nickel and dimed for every email. I'm sure she was a great court clerk, but she needs far more experience under a more experienced attorney before she has any right charging what she does or being responsible for her own case load. I don't want to use her name on the review, but if you are shopping for an attorney here, check what year they graduated law school and ask for someone else.
