Unfortunately she fulfills a stereotype, the mouth and attitude. I was referred to her, she didn’t present herself professionally when answering the phone, she didn’t allow me to speak cutting me off right after she asked the question. I don’t think she allowed herself to even breathe between sentences. She was very negative and left me with no hope just by not listening Or giving any positive advice. She actually asked me to forward her information and I did and she never answered. Very unkind. Please all attorneys out there, if you fill the case is messed up or there’s no hope, have some humility and put yourself in the person who’s calling place and trying to explain with Grace and empathyeven if you don’t see a case or money in your pockets. And no, This is not being able to take constructive criticism it’s just all on how you implement information when someone comes to you for help. I really really really hate to leave this review. I have no problems taking it down if pettifordsees it and learns that the place and the person to attack is defendants in court not potential clients, clients and every day people. The place to have a mouth and attitude is to the defendants. I am very happy and proud she’s an African-American woman attorney and yes that matters, a lot. But please miss crystal Pettiford remember humility.

This was the best decision I could have ever made. Crystal was very professional and attentive throughout the duration of my situation, and she really achieved an outcome that was peaceful and successful. I could only give 5 stars because that's the limit for Google, but Crystal gets 10 stars from me!!!

Crystal was amazing!! She helped me win our case. She fought so hard for me and made sure I got everything I wanted. I appreciate her so so much! She was organized and very professional and she has great communication. If you’re in the area there should be nobody else you choose to be your lawyer other than crystal.

Crystal is an incredibly talented and compassionate lawyer. Fighting for your rights can be overwhelming and intimidating, but Crystal went far beyond the role of just a lawyer—she became a coach and advocate for me every step of the way. She was honest and transparent, clearly outlining what to expect throughout the process. Crystal constantly reminded me that she worked for me, and while she’s an expert in the law, she also fought tirelessly to get me what I truly deserved.

I appreciate her compassion and how she worked to protect my family and me to the best of her ability. Dealing with trauma is never easy, and putting a price on it is even harder. But Crystal made sure everything was handled with the utmost care and professionalism. From over-communicating to consistently over-delivering, she did everything in her power to ensure the best outcome.

In fact, the judge even admitted to never having seen such successful results in a case like mine before, which speaks volumes about Crystal’s expertise and dedication. While I can't go into specifics, I can confidently say that you're in excellent hands with her. Crystal will fight for you and get you more than you expect.
