I hired Greg and his team in September 2024 to handle my divorce, and here we are in 2026 — still waiting for it to be finalized. To be fair, we paused the process for a few months in early 2025 due to separate court proceedings involving felony charges. However, as of April 2025, I explicitly instructed Greg and his team to move forward at full speed, as those proceedings were not going to resolve quickly. They agreed. Things from Sept 2024- April 2025 were good, I got call backs, emails answered etc. Then it tanked.....

Fast forward to December 2025 — we finally completed mediation and all paperwork was signed. The only remaining step was securing a final court date. Simple enough, right?

Wrong. In February 2026, after I had to send my name change paperwork to the office twice and repeatedly demand status updates, I was informed that the final paperwork had never been submitted to the court — and that they had only just filed it. This is an inexcusable oversight.

In January 2026, office manager Trish took over my case and, during our February conversation, personally acknowledged the failures and promised things would be different. She committed to having a court date for me by March 18th. That date came and went with no email, no call, no response — just more silence. It is now the end of March and I still do not have a court date.

I have a trail of unanswered emails and ignored texts that is, frankly, embarrassing for a law firm of any size. My first divorce was handled by a different firm and was fully completed in two months. We are now approaching two years.

My honest assessment: this office is in no rush to close your case — and why would they be? They were paid in full back in September 2024. Once the retainer is cleared, you become an afterthought.

Do NOT hire this firm if you have any desire to see your case completed in a timely manner. If you enjoy chasing down your own legal team for basic updates and watching deadlines get ignored, then this is the place for you.

Do not hire crutchfield. You definitely will not get your money's worth!

I used this office several years ago. When I took a plea deal I was lead to believe y Pyles that I could pass a background check & still work in childcare. I have since obtained my bachelor's & many teaching certifications. Now that I'm seeking employment, I have learned what Pyles told me was FALSE. Had I known the truth back then, I would have taken my chances with a jury trial. They will lie & lead you to making a choice under false pretenses. Do not use!!!!
