My take on Susan Crumiller P.C. and team: This place is a total waste of time. I've had the same experience with this firm as the previous reviewer, almost verbatim. They tend to lead potential clients on, requesting documentation, information, which leads to naught. Her publicity appears to be a game. In my opinion, she could care less about women's rights, a facade. Please don't waste your time with this firm. Again, I'm in total agreeance with previous reviewer. This is the worst employment law firm ever, and I will share my experience within my circle as well as with others seeking a prestigious employment law firm.

One of the worst employment law firms around. Please do not ever be fooled by her publicity. She knows what the masses want to hear & has mastered the art of building a great public image.

Her intake is rigorous. I submitted lots of documents and thought she probably did that because she truly cared and wanted to understand someone’s story better.

On the day I was supposed to have a call with Susan, I received the following text message, “ Hi, it's Susan Crumiller - I'm so sorry but I'm dealing with an issue that can't be avoided and I'm just going to have to reschedule our appointment. I'm available over the weekend, though, if that works for you? Sunday morning or evening would be best. Regular hours of course also fine.” I replied telling her not to worry and that I was available on Sunday morning and she should not hesitate to let me know her preferred time to connect.

I never heard back from Susan or her office and it’s been 3 solid weeks now. I almost believed Susan cared, but she clearly doesn’t. One of the worst employment law firms on the market masquerading as standing for women’s rights. The experience did leave a bitter taste in my mouth and I had to take a break from searching for a lawyer. I expected more from her. I have no idea why I trusted her.
