​I paid $200 for a consultation, expecting real legal guidance. Instead, I was given basic advice to gather evidence and ask for a continuance, followed immediately by excuses. I was told they had an upcoming trial and "didn't know" if they could commit to my case.
​It is incredibly unprofessional to charge people a consultation fee when you already know your schedule won't allow you to take them on. Take your business elsewhere to an attorney who actually has the capacity to represent you.

It is incredibly unprofessional to schedule paid consultations when you have absolutely no availability on your calendar. Please stop charging people $200 with zero intention of actually taking on their case. It feels predatory and dishonest.
