Horrible experience. After you pay your lawyer fees it’s impossible to reach anyone directly or to call you back. They settled my case which was nice but overall bad experience wouldn’t recommend.

I’m really frustrated with how my case has been handled. I paid for your services, but it feels like nothing has actually been done, and I haven’t seen any real progress or communication.

At this point, I don’t feel the fees I paid are justified. I’d like a full refund as soon as possible.

Please get back to me soon to resolve this.

Without divulging details about an ongoing case, I would rate Crews Law Firm at a minimum of four stars, with the option to update that to five stars at a later time.

I have been waiting to give my detailed review. However, upon looking up the firm for the address bc I can't get anyone to call me back-I see there is a response from the firm HERE. Yet I can't get a call back or email returned so I am having to resort to driving all the way downtown and take hours out if my day [more inconvenience] to find out what is going on. Upon discovering that the small bit of settlement that was "won" (From the case of mine that was put off and delayed multiple times and nothing that I had stipulated was of the highest importance to be reclaimed in my case was even mentioned in court)so saying it was a win, would be an understatement-
But regardless; the sum of money that was "won" in the settlement was processed and a check was mailed out the last week of July to your office. I have had to keep in touch with the Sheriff and followed up with all the processes and everything to, like usual, make sure everything was followed through with. From those at Crews- I have not recieved a call, I have not got an email. NOTHING. I'm not disappointed because to say I was disappointed would mean that I expected something more than nothing. And since nothing has been what ive gotten from this ...dealing, excluding wasted time, frustration, unexplained delay, tardiness, embarrassment, undesired results, being triple charged, and a vile headache, that's exactly what I expected. Let me just say this, I sincerely hope that that check wasn't mailed to my old address, you know, the address in which the lawsuit centered around. That would have meant that you guys sent my check back to the defendant , to destroy. And that ...whew. Well, Im going to stop there.

I do hope this helps others who might be seeking counsel, it's not my practice to be so forthcoming and direct with negativity in reviews; unless it's necessary. Which in this case, I 100% believe it is. People most usually seek counsel when they are going through some hardships, they don't seek hardships from their counsel. They shouldn't be put in a position to be violated further when they're looking for assistance , nor should they be taken advantage of monetarily or blatantly disregarded and put behind other clients, or have their court date continued without their knowledge. They should have a good understanding of the case. They should have good communication with their counsel. And they should be well represented and the counsel should be well prepared. If I knew that I could appeal the verdict from my case, I would have, even though it was ruled in my favor. And I think that definitely speaks for something.

I share my personal experience only.
And I do so because I was looking for justice, and instead I felt I got cheated further, in justice's name. And that is more unethical than anything in my opinion, because it goes against the very things this so called firm claims to represent. The things our lives are supposed to Center around: Truth, Principles,.. MORALITY.

I've read some highly positive reviews and I've seen some negative ones. That doesn't necessarily mean your experience will be negative just because mine was.
