Absolutely worst experience. Customer emails go to the junk folder. Requested the same documents because they lost the first set. They don’t follow up! It’s like they don’t even care. Glad they have so much business that they can be this unorganized. I wouldn’t trust any case to these people. They’d probably forget to show up in court.

So the owner replies to my feedback “ I would have welcomed the opportunity to address your concerns personally in a telephone call.”. Seriously? I CC’d you in on the emails. You could have picked up the phone and called, but you didn’t. Let me guess, you never got the emails? That’s ok, I SAVED THEM! Don’t try to walk back your firms horrible service. Everything I said was FACT and you can disagree with it all you want to, but I have the emails!

I had a very negative experience with this law firm.

From the very first email, they tried to push me into scheduling a consultation without answering my basic questions. It was not even clarified whether the consultation was paid or free, so I received no clear information at all.

I explained that my English is limited and asked to communicate by email first to understand whether it made sense to meet. After that, I received no reply. It has now been six days of complete silence.

This clearly shows their attitude toward potential clients. I do not recommend this firm.
