Ryan Gerling at Cray Law Firm is worthless. We gave him $3500 retainer for my son's custody case and he did nothing but make things worse. During a zoom mediation Ryan was shopping and didnt pay attention to anything. Then we submitted affividaits for a temporary visitation hearing and Ryan failed to submit them to the court or even show up to the hearing. He told us it was postponed. After the hearing we recieved court documents that the opposing attorney said he emailed Ryan for a week with no response. When we terminated Ryan as our attorney he gave us $85 back. We are in the process of filing a formal complaint!

They couldn't send invoices on time. When my court case ended I contacted them. demanded up to date invoices so I could pay everything off and never have to deal with their incompetent office people again. I paid everything. A year later they sent me an invoice with white out and highlighter all over it. I disputed that charge. They again 2 years later have just sent another fake bill because their office can't keep payment information straight. I even shut down the court case in the middle of my legal battle once and demanded all months invoices be sent to me before any additional work be done because I was so fed up with their failure to track time and bill within reasonable amount of time. I wanted it all caught up. I even thought about firing this law firm due to non transparent billing and failure to send invoices even every 2 months. and even after all that they still making up unpaid charges years later.

Will do absolutely nothing and draw out your case that has no evidence, reschedule court dates just to keep retainer fee and charge more!
