I worked with Bill Key who did an amazing job with my personal injury case caused by a car wreck that Involved myself and my 2 year old son at the time. Bill was great with answering any questions I had, as well as giving me knowledge on things I didn’t know. He always got back to me in a timely manner, and kept me updated on the progress of my case. From start to finish I felt very welcome and secure with him following the wreck and getting me the help.

Worse experience ever. Kept changing assistants. Lil to no contact or update on case. Kept insisting I take lowball offer. Most importantly, did not protect me against insurance mishaps. Didn’t prevent insurance financial burdens, of them sending duplicate checks, after instructing me to have no contact with them. My lawyer was NOT PREPARED FOR COURT, and was not professional. Did not keep his word on agreements made last seconds before court.
I was the passenger of a TBone accident, and this was the worse representation in front of the judge in the courtroom!!! I do not recommend them in personal injury or car accident cases!! The worse experience ever!
