I had a horrible experience dealing with Craig and Craig. They were the 3rd party lawyer reviewing my trust documents for a loan. I think we dealt with Megan over there. They turned my loan into a complete nightmare. Ran up a large bill, ruined my trust asset protection, and turned my loan into a nightmare. I have done LOTS of real estate investment loans and worked with lots of lawyers.
After my experience of this firm ruining my asset protection and how difficult they made this loan for me, I would not trust this firm to do anything when it comes to trusts.
